Acceptable Use Policy

1. Your use and access of mod.io's Services is subject to your compliance with the mod.io Acceptable Use Policy. The Acceptable Use Policy's are incorporated into mod.io's Terms of Use found at https://mod.io/terms. All capitalised words take the meaning stated in the mod.io Terms of Use.

2. You are responsible for your use and access to the Services. If you fail to comply with the Acceptable Use Policy's, it is considered a breach of mod.io's Terms of Use.

3. You are only permitted to use the Services, if you:

  • comply with all applicable laws; and
  • respect the rights and privacy of our users.

4. You are not permitted to use the Services in any way, or post or create any User Generated Content that:

  • is prohibited by law, regulation, code, governments rules or directions or other legal obligation;
  • is for unlawful purposes or to further any illegal activities;
  • is or could be considered spam or malware;
  • is or could be considered harassment, defamatory, hate speech, disparaging, threatening, abusive, inciting racial hatred, discriminatory or blasphemous;
  • is a breach of confidence or in breach of privacy;
  • encourages and promotes gambling;
  • brings the Services into disrepute;
  • could harm, disrupt, destroy, limit the functionality of any account, computer, hardware or the Services;
  • is an attempt to access any User Account or networks without authorisation;
  • obtains any data from the Services that is not intended to be provided to you;
  • attempts to interfere with another user's use or enjoyment of the Services;
  • creates false identities, multiple identities or impersonates other users; or
  • infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or any other proprietary rights.
