mod.io Pty Ltd ("us", "we", or "our") operates the mod.io website, the API, the SDK, official engine plugins and apps and related internet services (the "Service(s)").

Also, Public Data you share using mod.io Pty Ltd Services (e.g. your public profile, games, mods and mod files) will be publicly available to Service users, Developers and others. We are not responsible private personal information, which you choose to make publicly available via mod.io Pty Ltd Services, or the activities of other users, or other third-parties to whom you give or make available your data.

Retention of Data

mod.io Pty Ltd will retain Personal Data for so long as it may be relevant to the purposes identified herein, and your account remains active. Developers using our API will have access to Public Data you have shared or contributed too. Developers must use such information only to provide the API functionality within their games, sites, applications and/or services.

Under certain circumstances, mod.io Pty Ltd may be required to disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency). We respond to such requests, wherever required to do so.

Under certain circumstances, mod.io Pty Ltd may hire other companies or individuals to perform certain business-related functions. Examples of such functions include mailing information, maintaining databases, backups and processing payments.

Children's Privacy

Our Service is for users age 13 and over and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian of a child under the age of 13 and believe he or she has disclosed personal information to us please contact us, and we will take reasonable measures to promptly remove applicable information from our records immediately.
